Social Media Manager - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies to enhance social media presence - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the team - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall brand strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Strong communication and writing skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule - Adaptable and reliable, with strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
