Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Oatly is seeking a driven and adaptable Social Media Manager to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) - Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging social media campaigns

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent research skills - Proficient in social media analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Driven and adaptable personality traits
