H&M is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Social Media Manager at H&M, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's social media strategy, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is adept at leveraging social media platforms to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement - Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with H&M's brand identity - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and optimize content strategy - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing and brand goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure H&M remains competitive in the digital landscape

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail - Proven track record of driving engagement and growing social media followings - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
