Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Social Media Manager to join our team at IKEA. This is a remote part-time position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of IKEA, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms - Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and objectives - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure IKEA remains at the forefront of digital marketing
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse online community - Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
