Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

AstraZeneca is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a global biopharmaceutical company, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of science to deliver life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience - Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Create and schedule engaging content, monitor and respond to comments and messages, and analyze social media performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to continuously improve our social media presence

Requirements: - Independent and driven with a strong passion for social media and digital marketing - Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and optimize strategies for maximum impact - Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with team members in different locations - No prior work experience required, but a relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
