Accounting Assistant

As an AccountingAssistant, you belong to the Accounting Department at TF BankAB's headquarters and report to the Group Accounting Manager. Your tasksinvolve handling accounting for both TF Bank and Avarda. The primary focusof your duties is to support the Accountants, especially in managingsupplier invoices, daily bookkeeping, and reconciling settlement accountswith merchants. Experienced Accounting Assistants are also expectedto assist with additional Accountant tasks as detailed in the AccountantJob Description.

Daily Tasks:

• Supplier InvoiceManagement: Reading, coding, and reminders.
• Ongoing Bookkeeping.

Monthly Closing andMonthly Tasks:

• Reconciliation ofAll Settlement Accounts with Merchants
