Art Director at Chalmers Teknologbolag

Are you passionate about graphic design and visual communication, and want to use your creativity in real projects with companies? At Chalmers Studentkårs Teknologbolag, you’ll get the opportunity to work as an Art Director, designing and producing visual material both internally and in client projects. 

Chalmers Studentkårs Teknologbolag acts as a bridge between students and industry. Our operations include events, marketing, consulting assignments, and recruitment projects for external companies. In this work, our Account Managers play a key role in building and maintaining strong collaborations with the business sector. We value your competence, encourage initiative, and give you space to grow alongside other driven students.

As an Art Director, you are responsible for the visual identity of our marketing projects – both towards students and external companies. You will produce graphic material that communicates our clients’ brands in a creative and professional way. In collaboration with our Account Managers, you’ll create visual and communicative solutions in various client assignments. The role is creative and requires initiative, independence, and a strong sense of design and communication. 

In practice, the role includes: 

• Designing campaign material aimed at students 

• Developing and pitching visual concepts to external clients 

• Creating content such as posters, digital assets, websites, ads, and more

We believe you are: 

• A student at Chalmers or the University of Gothenburg 

• Studying design or another relevant field 

• With at least one year left in your studies 

Meriting experience: 

• Experience in graphic design or visual creation 

• Experience using Adobe programs 

Other information: 

• Workload: Flexible, approx. 8 hours/week 

• Compensation: As an employee in a student-run company, no traditional hourly wage is offered. However, you will have the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance.
