Role and Responsibilities
Marketing Student – Nordic CMO Team reports to Sr Manager Central Marketing Nordic and with the overall responsibility to support the Nordic marketing community across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, while remaining the close connection with the UK marketing community on the Northern Europe Hub level, with daily administrative work such as
- Lead the community building activities under strategy of Nordic CMO in alignment with Northern Europe Hub
- Execute the communication in various channels and organization of marketing events, e.g. marketing summit, digital engagement, monthly newsletter and so on
- Drive key initiatives in developing capabilities of the Nordic marketing community, e.g. data-drive decision making
- Supporting implementation of strategic projects to ensure marketing process, e.g. performance review, customer planning taking place in good time and order for business needs
- Contribute to discussion by adding your unique perspective

- Knowledge of and experience with the pharmaceutical industry as whole
- Learnings from different members of the cross functional team (Medical, Omnichannel marketing, Analytics, Market Access, Regulatory, Ethics & Compliance, Quality and Logistics)

Ideal candidate profile
- Education: Final year of bachelor or relevant within business or health science (i.e pharmacy, molecular biomedicine, medicine) with a business mindset.
- Language skills: “Local language” and strong English skills
- Software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP and graphic or online platform to develop materials or manage online media channels and websites is a plus
- Excited to learn about the science behind pharmaceutical products
