Operations Executive Intern (Warehouse) | 15-20h/week

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive Intern to join our warehouse team. This role is hands-on and crucial in ensuring our circular warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inspection, refurbishment, inventory management, and logistics within our warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warehouse Management: Oversee and participate in the inspection (functionality, completeness, repairs, damages), refurbishment, inventory, and storage processes in our warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the fulfillment of incoming orders, actively engaging in tasks alongside warehouse staff to ensure orders are handled accurately and timely.
• Quality Assurance: Perform and ensure high standards in refurbishment processes, making sure all products meet quality requirements and the right parts are sent.
• Systems Management: Work with warehouse management systems, order tools, and return tools to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer interactions for pickups, returns, and special requests with confidence and clear communication.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and help in further automating tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a university program (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on warehouse tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sustainable business practices and circular economy concepts.
