Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the business development field - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence to navigate complex business relationships - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
