Business Development Associate

Job Description:

LightAir, a leading company in the air purification industry, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in business development.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth for the company - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the air purification industry - Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives - Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development progress - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and services - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Confident and resilient personality traits - Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience in people management is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel as needed
