Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Husqvarna Group in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. This is a part-time position with an Associate level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities in the market - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth - Analyze market trends and competition to ensure the company's competitive edge - Present and pitch company products and services to potential clients - Meet sales targets and objectives set by management - Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients - Provide feedback and insights to improve the company's business development strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Hardworking and resourceful mindset - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
