Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Paradox Interactive is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level role, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the gaming industry and contribute to the growth of a leading game publisher.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends. 2. Assist in the development of business development strategies and initiatives. 3. Support the team in creating business proposals and presentations. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful execution of business development projects. 5. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. 6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services. 7. Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in business development or a related field is preferred. 3. Confident and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
