Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Tobii Technology, a leading global company in the field of eye-tracking technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base through strategic partnerships and collaborations. This is a part-time position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential business opportunities and market trends - Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients - Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Tobii's products and services - Prepare and present proposals and presentations to key stakeholders - Track and report on sales performance and market data

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in business development or sales roles - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Energetic and passionate about driving business growth - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Excellent planning and organization abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
