Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Mips, a cutting-edge company based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners - Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
