Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Business Development Associate at Cint, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our online business. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the overall success of our online business division.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential new business opportunities within the online market - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth - Analyze data and metrics to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and driving growth - Assist in developing sales strategies and presenting proposals to potential clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the online industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
