Job Description - Excel -Expert:in

Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Fachperson zur Optimierung und Dokumentation eines bestehenden Excel -Tools. Ziel ist die Umsetzung von definierten Optimierungspunkten im bestehenden Excel -Modell sowie die saubere Dokumentation aller FunktionalitÃ¤ten. Dazu gehÃ¶rt das Erstellen einer verstÃ¤ndlichen Anleitung zur Nutzung und Pflege des Excel -Files. Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt eng mit den Fachverantwortlichen, um Anforderungen korrekt umzusetzen und nachvollziehbar zu dokumentieren.

Requirements

Sehr gute Excel -Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
AusgeprÃ¤gte KommunikationsfÃ¤higkeit zur strukturierten Abstimmung mit Fachverantwortlichen
FÃ¤higkeit, komplexe Excel -Funktionen verstÃ¤ndlich zu dokumentieren und nachvollziehbare Anleitungen zu erstellen
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
SelbststÃ¤ndiges, zuverlÃ¤ssiges Arbeiten mit hohem QualitÃ¤tsanspruch
