Accountant - Remote Work

Avis Budget Group is seeking a reliable and resourceful Accountant to join our team in Lausanne, CH on a full-time remote basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and possess strong time management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and records - Reconcile accounts and discrepancies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Collaborate with team members and other departments - Provide support for audits and tax filings - Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or similar certification preferred - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with remote work is a plus
