Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich as a remote worker. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and possess a driven and energetic personality. Strong teamwork and cooperation skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner - Conduct vendor research and resolve discrepancies - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports for management - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
