Our client, a retail function within a luxury brand, is looking for a: Head of HR Admin, Payroll & HRIS (Ger/Eng) The Head of HR Admin, Payroll & HRIS will manage the HR operations team for Switzerland and ensure the smooth running of all tasks related to personnel administration and salary payments in Switzerland (for a population of 1500 pple) Missions: Administration -Ensure an optimal and efficient organisation of personnel administration covering the “People Lifecycle” from the hiring to the leave of employees. -Ensure that existing processes are always optimal and implementing new processes/tools/good practices when necessary. Payroll: -Manage and supervise the entire monthly payroll process in Switzerland with the support of the HR assistants. IT & HR Projects: -Implementation of a new Sotfware and role of "Key user" for the HR software -Development and implementation of an HR Dashboard consisting of KPI (workforce, recruitment, performance, retention etc.). Team Management: -Supervision and development of HR team (plan and organise their tasks, manage performance reviews, create development plans etc). Profile: -Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in HR, Business Administration or Finance. -At least 7 years of experience as Manager of Payroll and HR Administration in Switzerland -Excellent HRIS systems knowledge and data literacy -Strong Excel skills -Very good command of English and German (written & spoken). French is a plus. -Track record in leading & facilitating organisation change program(s) -Strong relationship management and communication skills -Operational excellence mindset & hands-on attitude -Result and solution orientation -Ability to show leadership in difficult and/or complex situations -Being a change agent. Home office: Yes, 2 days a week. LI-Hybrid
