Remote Accountant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Remote Accountant to join our team at PPL in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a full-time entry-level position, the Remote Accountant will handle various accounting tasks for our company remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and possess a strong understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare financial statements and reports - Assist with budget preparation and forecasting - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist with tax preparation and compliance - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met - Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA certification is a plus - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Cooperation and project management soft skills
