Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Accountant to join our team at TJX. This is a work-from-home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting department.

Responsibilities: 1. Prepare financial statements and reports for management 2. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies 3. Manage account receivables and payables 4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting 5. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations 6. Participate in financial audits and reviews 7. Provide financial analysis and recommendations 8. Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes 9. Stay updated on accounting principles and best practices

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2. 4 years of experience working in accounting 3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices 4. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Leadership and innovation skills 8. Detail-oriented and organized 9. CPA certification is a plus
