Job Description:

State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable. As a key member of our finance department, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, resilience, and creativity to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities - Prepare and process electronic payments and maintain vendor records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payments - Continuously analyze accounts payable processes for efficiency and improvement opportunities

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Ability to think creatively to solve problems and improve processes
