Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a confident and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home, located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries - Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
