Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices and expenses - Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payments - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities - Creative problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities
