Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at INTL FCStone in Basel, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong attention to detail and negotiation skills. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing invoices, following up on late payments, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing - Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues - Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Resourceful and passionate about delivering high-quality work
