Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Supervalu, located in Lausanne, Vaud, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for payments and follow up on overdue accounts - Reconcile accounts on a regular basis - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any billing issues - Prepare financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong innovation and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
