Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, possess strong emotional intelligence, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications - Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action - Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances - Work closely with internal teams to reconcile accounts and address any billing issues - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system as needed - Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
