Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate at VF. This is a full-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home, based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer payments - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of receivables - Provide support during audits or financial reviews - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Team player with a willingness to collaborate and assist others - Strong research skills to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Energetic and resourceful personality traits
