Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a motivated and resourceful Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely and accurate invoicing - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Assist with month-end close processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
