Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: Georg Fischer AG is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Online Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes in an efficient and accurate manner.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments - Maintain and update vendor information in the accounting system - Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable - Prepare and analyze reports related to vendor payments and expenses - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Resourceful and resilient attitude - Ability to negotiate effectively and demonstrate emotional intelligence
