Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a confident and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the online accounts receivable process for our company. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely processing of online accounts receivable transactions - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to online payments - Maintain up-to-date records of all online accounts receivable activity - Collaborate with other departments to streamline the online payment process - Provide support and assistance to customers regarding online payment inquiries - Monitor and analyze online accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding online accounts receivable

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using online payment platforms and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and strong research skills - Confident and energetic personality
