BCM/OpRisk Analyst Asset management

Tasks

Monitoring internal and external OpRisk incidents and assuring the periodic reporting for the fund management organization for Swiss investment and UCITS funds inclusive outsourcing business / Contributing to maintain a solid risk framework / Managing and controlling of risk profiles and regulatory requirements as a second line of defence / Responsible for reviewing Internal Controls Risk and Control Self Assessment Operational Risk and Business Continuity / Integrating risk aspects into reports for a more trustful decisionmaking and investment and investor security for FX liquidity market and credit risks / Monthly consolidation of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) as well as the ongoing review of existing KRIs regarding updates/ Coordination of regulatory processes related to PRIIP KID / Support fund product initiatives from the OpRisk perspective and conducting ad hoc reviews / Organization of workshops creating constant risk awareness and adhoc tasks.

Requirements

Masters or Bachelors in Business Administration or Economics / CIA CPA or CFA / Experience in process risk management (OpRisk/BCM) including risk framework in an international bank in the fund industry or at a BigFour companies with fund manager audits / Knowledge of fund products portfolio management risk reporting etc. / Outstanding work and organizational skills / Ability to communicate liaise and work with other departments / Curious and challenging mindset / Strong team player and capacity to work with other units based in several locations / Ability to work under pressure and to take clear decisions / IT flair MS Office Excel etc. / Fluency in French as well as English.
