Business Analyst - Banking Processes (m/f/n)

For our Zurich based Client from the Financial Services Consulting sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Banking Core Processes.

Responsibilities:

· Defining project requirements by identifying project governance and its deliverables

· Collecting, analyzing and reviewing Business Requirements for IT implementations as well as determining operational objectives

· Conducting functional analysis, identifying operational efficiency paths with focus on Business Optimization and Automation

· Using various projects methodologies with main focus Agile/Scrum

Requirements:

· Higher Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration and Management and/or Information Technology or any other related discipline

·  Not more than 5-7 years of experience  having served as Business Analyst within, ideally, Consulting or Financial Services industry

· In-depth knowledge of Core Banking Processes and Change Management is mandatory

· Hands-on knowledge of all types of Asset Classes across Financial Instruments: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.

· Being a detailed-oriented problem-solver with great analytical skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels and job functions

·  Languages: German and English – fluent written and spoken
