YOUR ROLE

In your first project as a Business Analyst on a multidisciplinary digitalization program for our client from the public administration sector, you will play a pivotal role in transforming essential public services. Your mission encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities - from driving business analysis efforts, working closely with IT managers to define project scopes, to guiding stakeholders toward valuable solutions and ensure effective decision-making. This full-time assignment offers a balanced work-life arrangement, with three days per week onsite in the beautiful city of Lausanne, Switzerland.

• Conducting business analysis, promptly resolving assigned issues as well as identifying project opportunities and recommending transformation strategies;
• Gathering requirements, supporting formalizing processes, defining functional targets, identifying possible solutions, estimating costs and reviewing the value of target solutions;
• Ensuring viable solution choices considering legal frameworks, strategies, and guidelines (IT architecture plan, product and service catalog, security, cyberadministration, archiving, data protection, etc.);
• Leading meetings, workshops, presenting analysis results and building consensus among steering committees and other stakeholders;
• Writing related documentation and deliverables;
• Applying agile methodologies focusing on collaboration, flexibility, user-centered development, and frequent feedback.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role for complex evolution or transformation projects;
• Certified Business Analyst (IIBA or equivalent);
• Knowledge of HERMES methodology (foundation level);
• Experience in writing deliverables for steering committees (i.e. strategic plans, reports, business cases, gap analysis) and design deliverables (i.e. specifications, functional architecture, requirements documentation);
• Experience in working for public administration and good understanding of legal texts will be an advantage;
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexity and depth;
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills;
• Familiarity with agile concepts and methodologies, with proven experience in applying them;
• Proficiency in French and English.
