Business Process Manager on-Site Basel/CH

As our Business Process Manager for an IT project focusing on ERP improvement within the pharma-medical sector, you will evaluate current business processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions to optimize operations. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure organizational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Process Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
• Redesign and Optimization: Lead the redesign and optimization of business processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
• Process Mining: Utilize process mining tools, such as Zylionis, to gain insights into processes, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Change Management: Ensure successful implementation of process improvements by working closely with teams, including change management strategies and training.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, changes, and improvements to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous enhancement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to align process improvements with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Process Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of process methodologies and tools, including process mapping, Six Sigma, Lean, and process mining (experience with Zylionis or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with change management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
