Required skills and qualifications The successful candidate must have :

• Master's degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field;
• 20+ years' experience in executive leadership roles in the bio-pharmaceutical’s industry;
• successful experience in several key geographic areas (US, Europe, APAC);
• in-depth knowledge and proven track record in setting strategy and launching therapeutic innovation in the major pharmaceutical markets;
• proven track record in successfully growing commercial franchises, ideally within neurology and autoimmune disease with deep rare disease expertise;
• ability to take nuanced, various perspectives on key societal topics as a global citizen;
• strong external network with a deep understanding of healthcare policy management;
• inspired by science and exceptional patient focus.

Key duties and responsibilities : The successful candidate's key duties and responsibilities, among other, will be to:

• be driving globally short-, mid-, and long term strategic, people and organizational leadership together with the CEO and senior management;
• guide and directly oversee global team leadership and strategy implementation, among other in following areas : commercial with full P&L responsibility, medical affairs, market access, patient advocacy, manufacturing & technical operations;
• continue to build a highly inclusive purpose driven One Company culture that ensures team members can thrive, be empowered and that organizational goals are met;
