Ayus Medical Basel is a renowned medical practice specializing in the treatment of chronic conditions subhealth states the development of sustainable healthy aging strategies and environmental medicine. Our goal is not just to alleviate symptoms but to address their root causes. Using the latest approaches and an integrative concept we identify the causes of our patients complaints conduct comprehensive analyses and develop customized therapy concepts.

Tasks

• Welcoming and attending to our international patients in English German and French
• Administrative practice tasks particularly appointment coordination and patient correspondence
• Coordinating practice events and networking meetings
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and mutual support in patient care
• Performing minor household tasks that arise in the daily practice

Requirements

• You have completed training as a receptionist concierge guest attendant or a similar qualification
• You always attend to patients professionally and courteously from their first contact until their departure and you know how to cater to each patient individually
• You have experience in the healthcare sector or are curious to get to know it
• You are a responsible flexible and resilient individual with a wellgroomed appearance
• You are communicative empathetic and enjoy working in a team
• You feel comfortable in a medical environment with predominantly selfpaying patients
• You are motivated eager to learn and open to new experiences
• You are fluent in German English and French. Knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial but not required
