What will you do:

• Collaborate with Finance project leads and executive stakeholders to shape the strategic direction and associated product roadmap.
  
  
• Lead a highperforming team of product owners technical experts etc.
  
  
• Be part of the Group Applications leadership team.
  
  
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Finance IT systems / products with focus on digitalization and automation
  
  
• Drive innovation staying abreast of industry trends to enhance organizational efficiency.
  
  
• Ensure stabile operations for services in scope.
  
  
• Collaborate with Finance IT and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities.
  
  
• Ensure seamless endtoend integration with other projects and programs.
  
  
• Develop and implement governance frameworks for effective risk management quality control and compliance.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies procedures and regulations related to financial data privacy and security.
  
  
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  
  
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Business Administration (Finance) Computer Science Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience ideally in a matrix setup with a focus on Finance IT.
• Strong communication skills strategic mindset and relationshipbuilding abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Finance IT tools solution architecture and processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes and agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English and German; willingness to travel to Spain several times a year.
• At least 5 years of experience leading crossfunctional teams on largescale projects.
• At least 8 years of experience with SAP in the Finance IT domain including implementing SAP S/4 Business Central Tagetik or similar products.
