M&A Project Manager -%

70-100% (Jobsharing possible), Bern or Zürich and homeoffice How you make a difference In this role, you will work in Swiss Post's M&A department, which is part of the central finance function. Your focus is on acquisitions in the tech/SaaS sector. You are responsible for the entire transaction process on behalf of the acquiring division, including the coordination of Due Diligence and the preparation of the valuation. You plan and coordinate the collaboration with our internal stakeholders as well as external parties, such as lawyers, accountants and tax experts. In addition, you are responsible for providing specific advice to the business units, Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You represent Swiss Post's interests in M&A negotiations and present your projects to Executive Management and the Board of Directors. What you have to offer You have a university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on financial management or accounting. Further qualifications, for example as a chartered financial accountant, are an advantage. Your experience from independently managing M&A projects in an investment bank, M&A boutique or auditing firm allows you to manage even complex projects quickly and independently. Your in-depth knowledge of accounting, creating financial models and company valuations, as well as experience in tech/SaaS M&A sets you apart. You have solid presentation and negotiation skills, you are a team player and complete your tasks efficiently even under pressure. Self-motivation and high levels of performance forms part of your DNA. You have an excellent command of German and English. Solid knowledge of a second national language is a plus.
