Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join Molina Healthcare as an Office Manager working remotely in Geneva, Switzerland. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including handling administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and coordinating meetings - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize office efficiency and productivity - Provide support to senior management and team members as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal reference and compliance purposes - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with colleagues and clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities
