Job Description:
Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth operations. 2. Organize and maintain office records, files, and documents. 3. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. 4. Handle communication with clients, vendors, and employees. 5. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees. 7. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory. 8. Provide support to the management team as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 8. Strong time management skills.
