Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team at CHS. This is a remote position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes - Manage and update databases with relevant information - Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives - Provide support to team members as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong planning skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
