Project Manager E-Mobility

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead e-mobility projects from planning to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while staying updated on e-mobility advancements.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate e-mobility-specific risks, such as battery limitations and regulatory uncertainties, to ensure project success.
4. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, optimizing cost-effectiveness while considering e-mobility component costs.
5. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on e-mobility technologies and standards to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant solutions.
6. Progress Reporting: Prepare regular updates for stakeholders, communicating technical complexities in a clear manner.
7. Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform project strategies and ensure solution alignment with market needs.
8. Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements based on lessons learned from e-mobility projects and market insights.
9. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or e-mobility sector.
• Strong understanding of e-mobility technologies, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively.
