Job Description:
Nordstrom is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager working from home. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position, offering benefits including profit sharing, travel & spending expenses, and parental leave.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain all administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing files. - Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. - Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. - Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as required. - Act as the point of contact for office visitors and external vendors. - Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits. - Strong planning and organizational skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
