Job Description:
Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking an Online Office Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate who is resourceful, resilient, adaptable, and has strong critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating virtual events, and handling communication with team members - Maintain virtual filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible - Support online team members with logistical and administrative tasks - Assist in creating and updating online office policies and procedures - Work closely with the HR department to onboard new online employees and provide ongoing support - Collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot any technical issues related to online tools and platforms - Monitor online office budget and expenses
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - 1+ year of experience working in an office environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication platforms - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Knowledge of virtual office best practices is a plus
