Job Description:

As an Online Operations Associate at National Oilwell Varco, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the online operations of our company. You will be responsible for supporting various online projects, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online platforms and systems to ensure optimal performance - Support the execution of online marketing campaigns and initiatives - Monitor and analyze website traffic and key performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement online strategies and initiatives - Assist with the development of online content and materials - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the online space - Coordinate online events and webinars - Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding online operations - Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of online projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Energetic and passionate about the oil and gas industry - Strong critical thinking and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various online tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
