Online Operations Associate

Anthem, a leading company in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is seeking a full-time Online Operations Associate to join their team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess a strong sense of adaptability and drive.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's online platforms - Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance - Monitor website performance and user engagement through analytics tools - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online strategies - Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless operations - Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns - Provide support to the customer service team for online inquiries and issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Strong understanding of online operations and e-commerce principles - Proficiency in web content management systems and analytics tools - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience in project management is a plus
