Online Operations Manager

Georg Fischer AG is looking for a motivated and confident Online Operations Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online operations, including website management, e-commerce platforms, and online marketing strategies - Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement - Monitor and optimize online performance through KPIs and metrics - Lead a team of online specialists and provide guidance and support as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in online operations management - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
