We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at Intamin Amusement Rides in Lausanne, CH. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Responsibilities: - Assist with various operational tasks, including inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks - Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for operational improvement - Support the implementation of new systems and processes to streamline operations - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field - 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
